I want my clients to know that they are not alone in their struggles. Human individuality often conflicts with our social desires, specifically when we need support. Adverse experiences and external influences can prompt us to retreat inward for perceived safety, yet healing is often found through healthy interpersonal connections. In isolation, our negative thoughts are unchecked and can spiral out of control. I am here to help my clients navigate their experiences, combat negative thoughts, find meaning, and alleviate the discomfort caused by isolation, shame, guilt, sadness, anger, confusion, and fear.
