Hello, I offer therapy for adults and adolescents who are struggling with PTSD, life transitions, grief, depression and anxiety. In my work I offer myself as a supportive presence and companion who will help you navigate through the difficulties you are facing. One size therapy does not fit all. Together we will find the modalities that work for you. My approach includes Somatic Experiencing, Jungian approaches, and looking into your past to understand current patterns and behaviors. Originally from NJ, I also understand the experience of moving to California and being far from your place of origin.
