I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Independently Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in AZ, WA, NE, SC, NJ, DE, PA, and FL. I hold a doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision and a Master’s in Christian Counseling. As an Associate Professor in a graduate counseling program, I bring clinical expertise and a deep commitment to training future counselors. My work with youth and families from urban, rural, and tribal settings shaped my perspective on resilience. My style is warm, compassionate, and holistic, integrating emotional, relational, spiritual, and faith dimensions. I specialize in a client-centered, non-pathologizing approach—walking with people through life’s challenges with warmth and compassion. My focus is existential, helping clients find meaning, purpose, and resilience rooted in their deepest values, while honoring emotional, relational, and spiritual dimensions.
