Real change involves a better sense of self-worth, understanding yourself and others, more tools in managing and expressing emotions, and more effective communication skills in relationships. We will clarify your main concerns and goals, identify the barriers to change, and then use your strengths and new tools to find solutions that fit your personality and lifestyle. My training is in clinical and health psychology. I pay particular attention to the connection between emotional and physical health and emphasize personal empowerment.
