We can learn a lot together from attending to the present moment, in addition to your environment, family of origin and upbringing, and holistic factors. I'm committed to collaborative and affirmative care, with attention to aspects of culture and identity that are meaningful to you. We explore your needs and strengths, try evidence-based skills, and tap into the power of imagination to discover new paths. Whether it's your first time in therapy, or you're here to experience it anew, let's uncover the unknowns that can heal. I draw on various therapy approaches: mindfulness, relational-cultural, cognitive-behavioral, emotion-focused, clinical hypnosis, internal family systems. I enjoy working with social anxiety, phobias, grief, chronic pain, culture/identity, and family and relationship issues. We'll also look at your strengths and how to cultivate joy.
