I am dedicated to the process of transforming your challenging life issues into meaningful ways of living. Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, alone, or dejected? My practice will provide you with a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. I will guide you in the process of identifying, evaluating, and challenging the feelings behind your repetitive patterns of behavior. Since my goal is a treatment that lasts, a major focus of my practice is to assist you in breaking the grip of helplessness and hopelessness. Through collaborative effort, we can work on developing new and more adaptive responses to the challenges in your life. My practice focuses on using effective scientifically supported treatments that help individuals, couples, adolescents, and children feel better and function better in their everyday lives. I have worked extensively with families and individuals assisting them to navigate through challenging situations including family of origin issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, addictive behaviors, immigration, and career struggles.
