I am a licensed clinical psychologist serving the Ojai Valley, Ventura County, and California in general through tele-health. I consider myself a general practitioner of psychology, with emphasis in treating adults and seniors for depression, anxiety, stage of life experiences and trauma. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I am a medicare provider, and provide both individual and family therapy services.
