Hello, I have some openings as of November 2025! In my role as a clinical psychologist, my general therapeutic approach is to provide a supportive atmosphere to explore one's concerns, help to make sense of them in a collaborative fashion, and encourage the use of evidence-based skills and strategies to help overcome them. More specifically, I like to use an emotion-focused treatment approach that is designed to target neuroticism and psychological processes thought to underlie multiple mental disorders.
