I help individuals, couples, and families strengthen their relationships by addressing the underlying issues that drive conflict and disconnection. My work focuses on building self-awareness and personal responsibility so clients can move out of repeating patterns and into relationships that feel more balanced and emotionally secure - to identify emotional triggers, shift unhealthy dynamics, and develop communication skills that create greater understanding and closeness. I also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and complex family dynamics, with an emphasis on healing our past.
