I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, educational challenges, and general life transitions. I’ve had the honor of serving children and families across the Chicagoland area in a variety of settings. I’ve also had the privilege of working as a civilian provider for military men and women during my time as a clinician in Louisiana—experiences that have deepened my understanding of resilience, identity, and healing.
