Aloha and welcome! I look forward to working together to develop an approach to your challenges and your growth that is unique to you and embedded in cultural humility. I have experience and training in a wide range of approaches including IFS, CBT, trauma focused therapies, somatic approaches, and others (see below). I have worked at numerous agencies on Oahu including the VA, Kaiser Permanente, Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center, and the Sex Abuse Treatment Center (part of Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children). I will collaborate with you to customize therapy for you and how you work.
