About

My name is Dr. Lindo. It is a pleasure to meet you! I began my career as a school psychology in hopes of helping children, adolescents, and young adults cope through times of stress. My overall goals and passions can be summed up as an agent for change; I want to help clients develop the skills necessary to be effective agents in their own lives. I attended St. John's University for both my M.S. and PsyD. Throughout my practicum and professional experience, I've worked with a variety of needs, with a primary focus on anxiety-related disorders and depression.
