Effective 2/02/2026 - I have immediate openings and I am in-network with several insurance companies - As we move through the journey of life, we experience such an array of emotions. These emotions are often trying to communicate something to us about our experience. I would be honored to walk alongside you to help you identify what these emotions are, notice where they are coming from, and understand what they are trying to communicate. My goal is to work with you to not only develop strategies to help you cope with current challenges, but also foster personal growth that can lead to sustainable change. I approach my work with all clients from a culturally-informed lens and am mindful of how identities shape how individuals experience the world. My aim is to create a safe space where you will be encouraged, challenged, and empowered to learn from, explore, and engage yourself in novel ways.
