I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate relationship distress, including infidelity, recurring conflict, sex and intimacy issues, and patterns of distance and disconnection. If you feel stuck in painful cycles, struggling to rebuild trust, or finding it difficult to sustain emotional closeness, please reach out. I work with clients experiencing breakdowns in communication, mismatched needs, and/or the lasting impact of relational injuries that continue to shape current relationships. My clinical work is informed by my academic research in adult attachment, relationship satisfaction, and consensual non-monogamy. My approach is warm, affirming, and collaborative. I draw from emotionally focused and experiential therapies whose efficacy has been extensively researched. I also integrate sex therapy perspectives to support concerns related to desire, sexual connection, and intimacy within the broader relationship context.
