Many are realizing just how much our mental health can impact our physical health, especially when dealing with stress and Anxiety, which is why I use a Comprehensive approach to treatment. I conduct Multimodal Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, that includes several Stress Reduction techniques, along w/Biofeedback to treat a range of Anxiety Disorders, Insomnia & Depression.
