At Love and Grow Youth and Family Therapy, we specialize in helping youth, young adults, couples, and families navigate difficulties with anxiety, depression, oppositional and defiant behavior, obsessive and compulsive behavior, as well as traumatic stress. Therapy is approached with genuine curiosity, humbly meeting clients where they are, validating those life experiences that bring clients into therapy, and learning more about the tool kits clients have used thus far to steer them through troubled waters.
