If your life feels chaotic, overwhelming, or painfully “too much,” you’re not broken; you’re likely living in a body and mind that learned to survive really hard things. Many of the people I work with are creative, sensitive, deeply thoughtful humans who learned to manage that internal chaos through eating disorder behaviors, self-destructive patterns, or relentless striving to be “just right.” You may feel disconnected from your body, stuck in obsessive cycles, or ashamed of how much you’re struggling.
