My name is Dr. Jeanne D. Williams and in addition to being a Therapist I am a Life Coach. I approach life challenges, anxiety and stress management from an integrative and holistic perspective. Working together we will address the root causes of your worries. Self-belief and self-confidence are significant factors of anxiety, but so are sleeping, eating, and exercising habits, as well as the impact of relationships with family, friends, co-workers, and with one’s environment.
