I am passionate about helping people see the best in themselves, even during the most challenging circumstances. Sometimes this includes processing what is going on around you, sometimes this means exploring aspects of your past that have led to patterns of behavior, and sometimes this means making sense of a hectic society that can seem a little senseless. I am especially keen to work with clients who want to explore aspects of their own identity, whether it be where they came from, their family, their racial or ethnic background, their sexual orientation or gender, and/or diverse relationships.
