Getting unstuck, healng for you and your relationships, helping you find ways to get yourself and your life back, these are just part of my work with a diverse range of patients - adults, teens, couples - facing life's challenging circumstances, including depression, anxiety, dual diagnosis and substance dependency, grief and loss, spiritual issues, relational struggles, parent/child issues, sexual difficulties, abuse, trauma, divorce, marital and premarital counseling, help with managing spectrum and educational difficulties, and aging - These are many of the issues I work with in my practice. I work from a hands on perspective. I often employ psychodynamic and expressive therapy principles with the understanding that the mode of therapy, regardless of what that is, must empower clients to achieve their goals through effective self-understanding, healing, change, and growth.
