As a psychologist and clinician with extensive experience supporting individuals through complex challenges, I want to reassure you: you are not “too much,” “too intense,” or “too broken.” You are a person who has endured significant experiences and who feels deeply. For much of your life, you may have focused on appearing “okay” for others. In our work together, you don’t have to do that. This is a space for your voice, your pain, and your story. Together, we will move through it gradually so that you can show up fully as yourself. You don’t need to come in feeling completely ready; a willingness to begin is enough. I specialize in complex trauma, with a particular focus on how trauma affects both intimate relationships and personal identity. My clinical work centers on personality disorders and dissociative disorders, and I understand how isolating and confusing these experiences can be. Together, we will work to make sense of what you’re feeling.
