We all start somewhere. Understanding the impact of our life experiences on the self and other helps us create a coherent narrative of who we are today. I am an educator and clinician who specializes in working with children and teens, helping them navigate developmental tasks such as identity development, peer connection, and life stressors. I also am trained in trauma and attachment healing, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergent needs such as ADHD or the Highly Sensitive Person profile. I very much enjoy using working with adults in regard to self-actualization, relationships, and emotional healing.
