I am glad you are here! I build collaborative relationships with individuals, couples, and families in therapy. I specialize in relationships with a focus on couples, parenting, mindfulness, and life transitions. I believe that we all possess the necessary strengths to change! My role as a therapist is to draw out your existing strengths and resources to help you reach your full potential. My personal values are authenticity, connection, reliability, and open-mindedness. I have both a master's and doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and have been practicing for over 15 years.
