A Step Beyond Counseling and Consulting, LLC provides virtual counseling services on a sliding scale fee. We all have many facets of ourselves, and we have multiple roles that occur simultaneously. We are family members (husbands, wives, daughters, sons, mothers, fathers), friends, co-workers, employees, bosses, and many more. Balancing these roles and responsibilities can often be a struggle that drains our mental and emotional health. My experience in the mental health, trauma, and substance abuse fields has prepared me for a variety of clients who are dealing with life stressors.
