Trauma is a multifaceted issue that can significantly affect an individual's emotional, mental, physical well-being, and behavior. I specialize in working with adult clients experiencing trauma and its resulting effects, which may include mood disturbances, a negative emotional state, flashbacks, nightmares, intrusive thoughts, distorted cognitions, and feelings of detachment. Although I specialize in trauma, I have vast experience working with a wide range of mental health and behavioral disorders to include anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder.
