Hello! I'm Dr. Jenn Gamarra, a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in working with teens and adults who are struggling with mood, anxiety, stress, and trauma-related issues. I also have a sub-specialty working with athletes and entertainers. My ideal client is open, reflective, and willing to try some things out that may be helpful. I integrate use of evidence-based treatments with an emphasis on self-reflection, self-improvement, and strengths.
