Hi, I’m Jennifer. I offer inclusive, effective psychotherapy (CBT) for people experiencing anxiety, worry, depression, insomnia, and difficulties with life transitions. We can work together to help you transform the way you think, feel and live if you have: frequent thoughts of self-criticism or perfectionism, worries about being negatively judged by others, doubts about your worth, worries about failing, or other thoughts that leave you feeling anxious or depressed.
