After what happened you might be having problems with stress, anxiety or panic. You might be feeling down, depressed and hopelessness. You could be struggling with sleep and fatigue. You have a short fuse and you're frustrated all the time. You feel isolated and distant from others, and are struggling with upsetting thoughts about things that have happened.
