As a licensed therapist, I help individuals break free from anxiety & depression caused by hardships and life transitions. I create a space that allows clients to process and unpack the hard stuff in a way that feels inviting, real, and empowering. My specialty is intergenerational trauma. I help clients to challenge and unpack the unspoken philosophies, patterns, and behaviors passed down through families that can quietly shape how we see ourselves and the world. The work I do with clients allows them to : Recognize and challenge the cycles that no longer serve them. Unlearn harmful narratives and create space for new truths. Own thier story, embrace their growth, and step fully into the people they were always meant to be.
