I am a depth psychotherapist working with individuals and couples experiencing attachment trauma, addictions, irritability, overthinking, low mood and loss of motivation. If you experience chronic pain, illness or are facing end-of-life issues, I have over a decade of clinical experience and can help. My goal is to provide a trusting environment to explore who you are and what happened to you; to re-establish your capacity to choose how you want to be in the world. Now is the time to grieve unacknowledged and unspoken losses, trauma, moral injury and distress. My approach is warm, intuitive and relational. I have clinical training in modalities including insight and psychodynamic psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, pastoral psychotherapy and mindfulness.
