Painful life experiences can cause us to feel stuck and unsure how to live the life we long for. We may have tried so many ways to change, but feel unable to make real progress. I consider it a privilege to be a counselor and walk through this with you. I recognize the intricate relationship between the mind/body and the role of emotional experiences in our well-being. I have a complicated understanding of ways we are impacted by trauma and what helps us recover. I consider the client/counselor relationship to be incredibly important, but I also want to support the important relationships in your life. I look forward to meeting you.
