I am a firm believer in the therapeutic process and its ability to help you overcome your deepest life challenges. Not all therapy is created equal, however. As a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience, I have been able to help many people get to a better place. My approach is based on the belief that we all have an innate tendency toward positive self-development but difficult life experiences move us off our path and keep us stuck in undesirable places.
