Clients come to me with one or more of the following concerns: stress related to family, work, or world events; feeling overwhelmed by day-to-day expectations; difficulty getting motivated; relationship concerns; setting boundaries; reacting to situations in unexpected ways; adjusting to life transitions; depression; anxiety or panic; or bipolar disorder. My clients are looking for a safe, supportive environment where they can process their experiences and solve problems. Clients describe me as compassionate, nurturing, empowering and practical.
