I'm a Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota and New York; I offer in person sessions in MN, and telehealth in both MN and NY. I offer compassionate and individualized care that is tailored to your values and needs. Whether you want to process a difficult experience and manage the impact of trauma on your life, learn how to cope with tough emotions, or make a meaningful career transition, we’ll work together to identify your strengths and find opportunities for growth to create lasting change in your life. I aim to strike a balance between providing evidence-based therapies and culturally-based practices that I have special training in. I deeply enjoy developing authentic and meaningful relationships with clients. I’ll approach our work together from a place of warmth and empathy as we begin to build a trusting and collaborative relationship. I find great joy pointing out clients' strengths and helping them harness tools and strategies to create a life that is personally fulfilling.
