Thank you for visiting my profile! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience providing psychotherapy to teens and adults. My therapeutic style is warm, honest, and accepting and my approach is holistic and evidence-based. I work primarily from a Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) approach, however integrate other evidence-based treatments, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness- Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I aim to meet clients where they are and guide them to see themselves and their choices more clearly.
