About

I am a solution-focused psychologist who uses cognitive behavioral strategies and psychodynamic approaches. I work with adults, children and adolescents, couples, and families who present with depression, anxiety, marital/infidelity/divorce and parenting issues, educational and vocational issues, and adjustment disorders, and those who are at any stage of the divorce process. In the confidential therapeutic environment people can safely explore their issues and achieve understanding and improved personal/interpersonal functioning. I provide executive coaching with foci on developing insight into the self, anger and anxiety management, and interpersonal relationships both in the work place and at home.
