Dr. Joe Adams is a dually licensed, seasoned psychotherapist who treats people with various mental health and addiction needs. Dr. Adams enjoys helping patients achieve optimal mental and emotional well-being, particularly working with people interested in overcoming social anxiety, self-esteem/confidence issues, trauma, sexuality and identity development, sexual performance challenges, pornography and masturbation addictions, drug and alcohol problems, sustaining recovery/relapse prevention, and performing evaluations for substance abuse, mental health, and drug and alcohol testing/monitoring whether for personal or court purposes. In addition to being Licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Alcohol/Drug Counselor (LCADC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Dr. Adams holds both ACS & CCS and mentors counselors pursuing their CADC/LCADC, LAC/LPC, as well as fully licensed therapists seeking supervision for their own personal and professional development.
