I don’t believe in “cookie-cutter therapy.” I don’t do therapy from a manual. I live therapy. My work is unapologetic, unvarnished, and unmasked — because healing demands honesty. I’m not here to be your friend. I’m here to be your therapist, and that means I will challenge you, I will push you, and I will walk with you into the hard I help people break free from cycles of pain by facing what hurts, not avoiding it. I specialize in trauma, identity, and life transitions, with a focus on Couples, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ communities. My therapy is real, raw, and unapologetic — pushing you past comfort into true healing and change. You’re therapist should lead you towards healing and growth.
