I am a queer, sex positive, trauma-informed therapist who supports individuals (18+) and couples (monogamous/non-monogamous/poly) at Move Therapy and Wellness. I believe therapy to be a collaborative experience in which the therapeutic relationship plays an invaluable role in your healing. I specialize in working with sex and intimacy challenges, sexual trauma, relationship challenges, LGBTQIA+ folks, anxiety, depression, and adult children of narcissistic/borderline parents. As a queer-identified therapist I have a particular passion for supporting my community in this current political climate.
