Together, we’ll build self-awareness, uncover patterns, and create lasting change. I specialize in trauma-informed counseling for adults, adolescents, and couples, integrating somatic, attachment-based, cognitive-behavioral, and existential approaches. I hold a doctorate in professional counseling and create a grounded, supportive space rooted in the same skills I teach.
