I am a licensed Clinical and Forensic Psychologist, I help adults, and seniors across California navigate life’s emotional and psychological challenges through compassionate, individualized care. I am primarily a Cognitive Behavioral psychologist but I use whatever modality works best for the individual client. I have been in practice for over twenty years. I provide individual therapy to support clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, bipolar disorder, and grief. When working with couples I practice the Gottman Method.
