I offer action-oriented therapies, where the client and I do more than just talk about problems; we actively address them through changes in behavior, learning new skills, and leveraging existing strengths, all in a manner that reflects the client’s values. My interventions are practical, transparent, and evidence-based, informed by the latest clinical research findings. My working style is respectful and collaborative, and I greatly appreciate the trust that my clients place in me.
