I draw from several psychotherapeutic approaches and use what clients are comfortable with yet challenged by such as: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive/dialectical behavior therapy, Attachment/Psychodynamic therapy, group therapy, spiritual exploration, mindfulness meditation and addiction relapse prevention and recovery. I provide executive leadership and career coaching. I help clients maximize the many tools they have for effective communication and relationships, both personal and work.
