I am a neuropsychologist who also provides therapy. I help people optimize their lives by taking a brain-first approach to therapy, integrating brain health, executive coaching, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. I support high-functioning individuals navigating perfectionism, high internal pressure, life transitions, and the desire for a more personalized approach to growth and self-understanding. With specialized training in rehabilitation psychology and neuropsychology, I also work with individuals looking to recover from complex neurological conditions (e.g. stroke, TBI, epilepsy, or multiple sclerosis).
