Welcome. If you are navigating a major life transition, feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or disconnected, you do not have to do it alone. Many of my clients feel they have drifted from living purposefully and meaningfully, yet are held back by unresolved trauma and grief. I support adults in breaking old patterns and finding their way back to themselves. I am passionate in serving healthcare professionals, first responders, community leaders, and educators who carry chronic stress or moral injury. I also work with teens who need a non-judgmental space to regulate emotions, strengthen relationships, and foster resilience.
