As a bilingual (Eng/Spa) clinician, I steadfastly uphold the belief in fostering an egalitarian relationship with clients to facilitate the self-reflective & exploratory process of addressing personal concerns in therapy. I work with adults, specializing in individual & couples. My areas of expertise include working with relationship challenges, LGBTQ+ community concerns, treating ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, transitions/grief/loss. My holistic perspective delves into the cognitive-emotional-biological dimensions of human behavior, with a focus on exploring oppressive issues, early life experiences/dynamics, & attachment. My background as a Black Latino immigrant influences my appreciation for cultural diversity in my therapeutic practice. Employing a collaborative/empathy-driven methodology, I work towards therapeutic alliances that empower individuals to embrace change/take healthy risks.
