I’m a licensed psychologist and trauma specialist with many years experience helping individuals navigate a range of mental health issues. I believe I can be most helpful to individuals experiencing difficulty in interpersonal relationships and wanting or needing to explore how their lives, relationships, and work have been disrupted by anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and toxic relationships. I also have specialized training in the treatment of trauma (including chronic/long-term trauma). I especially enjoy working with women navigating times of transition in their lives both personally (including health-wise) and professionally. Most people I have worked with over the years have been looking for change at some level, even if they are not at all sure what that change might look like or even where to start. I provide a supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and I prioritize your confidentiality.
