I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Massachusetts. I hold a Masters (Counseling Psychology) and Doctoral degree (Educational Psychology) and have been practicing for 8 years. I help adults struggling with the stress and anxiety of life's challenges. While not all problems may be completely solvable, I believe there is always a path toward self-improvement, healing, and overall wellbeing.
