I am an empathetic, person-centered therapist with a passion for life. I believe that each individual carries within the capacity to heal and to grow. I would like to help you to discover and nurture these seeds, and I will walk with you on your journey toward health, happiness, and purpose for your life. I offer 16 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide variety of presenting issues. My treatment approach is eclectic and based on client needs and preferences. Together we will arrive at treatment goals and then a plan for how to reach them. In my work with clients, I offer authenticity, empathy, humor, direct feedback, and emotional support.
