I have spent my career working with a diverse population including LGBTQIA+ and clients with co-occurring issues dealing with mental health and/or substance abuse. My approach to therapy is Solution Focused using a matrix theoretical framework to Individualize care for each client. I am a firm believer that there is an "Individualized Solution" to every problem, it takes Commitment and Insight to discover the solutions to what ails you. The goal of therapy is to assist you to find your authentic self and to improve your relationships with self and others.
